Kipper

Meet Kipper. He's one of them good old movie dog Siberian Husky's. Difference with Kipper is he's actually been in some movies :o Here you can see him relaxing on a sick day - even dogs take them every now and then. Kipper's got a gorgeous yellow eye complimented by a gorgeous blue eye. Too bad he has issues opening them for photos... Something to work on in the future.

Moonscape

I absolutely love the moon. One of my favourite things about winter is that the full moon just seems so bright! It reflects off everything on a clear night. I was lucky enough to get off work fairly early... 6 o'clockish, on the night of the full moon and it was a brilliant, clear sky! I only took a few minutes to drop off Kelly at home before I took off for the Minnewanka loop just outside of Banff. I'd gone there a week or so ago with the girls and kicked myself for not having my camera so I figured I'd go get some moonlit shots (I still plan on going in the daylight as well) The following are a couple of the photo's I got that night. I can't wait for the next full moon now!

Two Jack Lake and Mnt. Rundle in the background.

Red

This here is Red. He's another Canadian Inuit husky and as far as I know, related to Mistaya who's pictures you can see on here as well. I believe they're full siblings but from different litters. Red's a bit of a different dog, seems most of the Inuits are. He's got his bark head flip thing, his goal to annoy the piss out of you every time you're feeding and his cute little poses like this one where he just can't decide if you're worth getting up for or not. Another two steps closer and the decisions made though!
